Our products are digital and may include:

After purchase, products are usually made available immediately through your account, download page, email, or another digital delivery method.
3. General refund approach
Digital products are generally non-refundable after access or download.
However, we review refund requests individually and fairly.
A refund request does not automatically guarantee that a refund will be approved.
4. Immediate access and withdrawal rights
For digital products, we may ask you during checkout to confirm that you want immediate access to the product.

- accidental purchase of the same product twice

- you accessed or downloaded the product and then changed your mind
- the product matches its description but did not meet your personal expectations

- you did not apply or use the product

- you purchased a product without reading the product description
7. Refund request period
You may submit a refund request within 14 days from the purchase date.
Submitting a request within this period does not guarantee approval. Each request is reviewed individually based on the situation, product type, delivery status, access status, and applicable law.
8. Product exchange
If you purchased the wrong product, we may offer access to a different product instead of issuing a refund.
Where possible, we prefer offering access to another product of the same or lower value.

For video courses or multi-part digital products, we may consider how much of the product has been accessed, viewed, downloaded, or used when reviewing a refund request.
If a significant part of the course or product has already been consumed, a refund is less likely to be approved.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests if we believe the refund policy is being abused, including repeated purchases and refund requests, unauthorized sharing, copying, or misuse of digital products.
